The only time a ship may be bombed (outside of a war) is when a military ship enters national waters and refused to obey commands of the country the waters belong to.

As per internationaln maritine law is it not standard practice to first check if one is in international waters and then see what national waters one is. The next step to to give warning and allow an offending boat in one's water to leave especially if it is not military in nature.

We’re still in the flow of a chilly Polar Continental Airmass but change is on the way in the form of a much colder Arctic Maritine Airmass moving southward, seen this morning to the north of Scotland. This will be affecting us all by Friday.

oh, Åland is beautiful — absolutely lovely. The landscape is gorgeous, the bones of the granite peek through the thinnish soil and the sea breeze blows constantly. In the summers the sun rises very early and sets so late. It's almost elfin.
And the maritine museum in Marienhamn is gorgeous.
