Twosday twins.
These fragrant deep red or maroon hollyhocks are some of my favourite flowers in my garden now. Collecting the seeds as usual n if I am lucky more would grow later. I have just 2 plants now .

2 somewhat frontal view of maroon round hollyhocks with yellow throats.These are bell flowers and the petals are frilly at the edges. Some yellow veinings extend outwards from the center. A creamy yellow pistil with pollen emerge from the throat.

It is a maroon kind of day.
So happy that this hollyhock is blooming again! A few hollyhocks just started to bloom last week while many other flowers are almost done. They give much needed colos to my garden now.

These hollyhocks are showing off their true colors in the morning sun a few days ago. I am collecting most of the seeds later. It's cool to see new colors from the seeds! 🌺 💜🌺

The bright green eaves are large, hairy n fanlike . The flowers and leaves at highlighted by the morning sun in my backyard.
