でもこれでは圧倒的説明不足で、諸々の要素が調和した異次元に高品質なもの。
一生に一度このような麺料理ってお目にかかれるか否かだと思う。
エイプリルフール限定っていうのを嘘にして欲しい。

Dunno how long you want to drink them,definitely now comes the time many are starting to drink absolutely beautifully (yday stuff included)and will last another 5 years at least. Some wait for its true drinking window, from my experience last year Poggio Riserva, Gianni Brunelli Riserva, Mastrojanni

Yeah again, this I can confirm as I had 16 Riserva two years ago and it was absolute brute, will certainly last in big vintages. But likewise not probably my style, didnt seem that promising to me even after imagining softening. Similarly if you ever had Mastrojanni top bottling, this is absolute
