haraiyasando, really... but that wouldn't fit in the first post. it's a bit more matonatsu-centric anyway lol

#natsumeshipsweek day 1: celebrations (matonatsu)
“It’s strange,” Natsume mused as he lowered himself to sit on a familiar stone bench. “I didn’t expect the garden to look exactly the same. I would’ve thought it might look more worn, or... overgrown if nothing else.”

Natsume Ships Week Day 2 - Old Hurts
Full version ;D

#matonatsu #natsumeshipsweek #natsumeyuujinchou
Matoba from Natsume's Book of Friends lays nude on top of Natsume, their position suggesting he's inside of him. Natsume is covering Matoba's scarred eye with his hand, and Matoba is gently touching his face. Matoba has a melancholy look on his face, but Natsume is smiling up at him. It's all shaded lightly in black and white.

Natsume Ships Week - Day 1 - Celebrations

Matoba got his birthday wish <3 dinner and a show!

#natsumeshipsweek #matonatsu #haraiyasando #natsumeyuujinchou
Matoba of natsume yuujinchou drags natsume into a kiss - while natsume was in the middle of serving him cake. Natsume drops the serving spade, while natori grabs his jacket to try and yank him away. Natori looks upset, but is also blushing furiously - maybe deep down he likes what he sees? Perhaps he's jealous? Meanwhile, Hiiragi watches with her own slice of cake, her body posture relaxed, and Myanko sensei sits by the rest of the chocolate cake, a sketchy look on his face

Natsume Ships Week Day 3 - Masks

When the sun dips low, the masks come off, and there's little else to hide

#natsumeshipsweek #matonatsu #natsumeyuujinchou
Natsume and Matoba in a moment of passion - Natsume gasps as Matoba kisses his shoulder. Natsume is yanking off his black fox mask, while his white mask falls away. His kimono is undone at the waist as Matoba's hand slides over his chest. Natsume and Matoba in a moment of passion - Natsume gasps as Matoba kisses his shoulder. What if their fingers touched...

#matonatsu #natsumeyuujinchou
Doodle of Natsume from Natsume Yuujinchou is sipping from a tiny teacup and not looking at Matoba, who is offering him the tray, their fingertips barely touching on the table between them

Also realizing that FloDeuce reminds me of MadaTowa who in turns reminds me of MatoNatsu and I think at this point maybe I should put on the toxic yaoi clown suit bc it is clear what kind of shipping dynamic I like.

I knew the enlightened ones (JP artists) wouldn’t let me alone on this journey 🙏🏽💕
Print screen of the Pixiv site. It shows as both the header and profile photo a drawing of characters Natsume and Matoba (from the anime Natsume's Book of Friends) closely embracing. Below, it shows the tag “的夏” (matonatsu) and “98 works” info. Under it, it shows related tags of the series name, the protagonist name (Takashi Natsume), and another ship tag 田夏 (tanatsu). It then sorts the results by “Top”, “Illustrations”, “Manga” and “Novels”.
