Nothing broken, and they don't think anything is torn although the next few days will tell. Likely an MCL strain. Stay off it for the next little while. Getting a hinged knee brace tomorrow. Physio too.

Alrighty...I have two fractures and a possible MCL tear. Luckily I don't need surgery and I can go in and out of the sling and try to move my arm. No cast needed! They figure I'm out 8-12 weeks.

My only objection to Medicare for All is that there is a chain of cafeterias in Ohio and Indiana called "MCL Cafeterias," they're patronized overwhelmingly by old people, and everyone has called it "The MediCare Lounge" for years. You give everyone healthcare and I lose a dumb joke. Think about it.

He was way out of his crease and rushed back to cover the net...as he went in he jammed his right leg against the post.
He had his leg along the ice and it's possible he torqued his knee, but had to be helped off the ice and down the tunnel to the lockerroom
