Multi complex that has vitamin b12, vitamin D and iron. A lot of multis have magnese but these don’t have magnesium so get an additional magnesium supplement. I like garden of life vitamins.

I do, and have for years. I also eat almost no red meat (was a vegetarian for decades), and I use "fermented iron bisglycinate," which is supposedly more absorbable and easier on digestive tract, 3x per week (not daily).
Then again they are YUMMY. I could eat these as candy.
