This is by far one of my favourite 386 machines, the Acer AnyWare 1100LX (1990), complete with detachable mechanical keyboard.
I've upgraded the ram from 3MB to 5MB, so I'm running memtest on it, love how clear the screen is.

Started memtest a couple of hours ago and right on cue a storm has moved in so I’m looking forward to “well there were absolutely no problems with your computer until you lost power while running memtest, which has destroyed everything irreparably”

okay! memtest done, and... one of my memory sticks isn't as stable as i'd like and keeps failing. so i'm going to have to replace both the motherboard and get at least one ram stick that's the same specs as the one still surviving or just replace it all. 🙃🫠 and the prices...
