maybe fate wants me to have an orange and black cat duo 😭 yeah it did need some encouragement (i meowed at it) and then it ran over and acted like i was an old buddy... it might be so confident because its young and energetic.. it looks about the same age mike was when i brought him home

I just saw an adorable black cat in front of my house mingling with my cats! Despite being very shy, it meowed back when I meow! What a nice start to October!

So I sleep talk and apparently I rolled on top of my nesting partner last night. They said "hey!" And i grumbled "hrmmrkrm"
I did the same to the cat, she meowed in protest and I said "im so sorry!"

Last night Jinx meowed so much I thought she must be in trouble. I got out of bed, turned on the light to see what was wrong, and realized she was just excited about a moth. She was delighted I turned on the light.

I have Nero on my lap and Aleister came up to try to lay there. He saw Nero, meowed, then went to the couch and is now sulking because I'm giving his brother attention instead of him.
