Like, Mesothulas was delusional, obsessive, and entirely amoral. He never would have been a good parent, no matter how hard the milquetoast Earthspark take on him tries to convince you otherwise. He even says so as he dies! Which is the only good thing he did with his life, by the way.

Tbh, Mesothulas stans ruined the Wreckers saga for me. So much time had passed since I read LSOTW (because of how violent and grim it was) that I had gotten to see how delusional some of his fans were about him (Earthspark, case in point). Once I got to the next part, I kept getting annoyed.

Tbh, Mesothulas stans ruined the Wreckers saga for me. So much time had passed since I read LSOTW (because of how violent and grim it was) that I had gotten to see how delusional some of his fans were about him (Earthspark, case in point). Once I got to the next part, I kept getting annoyed.
Unlike Prowl who did struggle with the moral and ethical consequences, Mesothulas didn't. Never did. Literally, the only good thing he did in his life was die, sacrificing himself.

Our ship (not LL) got Tarantulas there. She's an alpha-- in her Tarantulas form. She can still change to Mesothulas (her bot form?) And she's smol and cute and-- she's an omega.
