I’m setting myself up for leaving all the META platforms. I use FB and IG primarily to keep up with family and friends. I decided to try Threads but get little to no engagement there. I am at the point I’m willing to let it all go. #METAExit

I’ve been increasingly more frustrated with how META operates their platform. Instagram was an amazing outlet when photography was the focus. I want to get back to that! Not only being able to grow by promotion, needless short forum video, etc. Welcome!! Those who know me, and those who soon will! 👋

I've deleted my #instagram and #threads accounts. I don't need to assist #MarkZuckerberg as he becomes handmaiden-in-chief to authoritarianism. Neither do you. Delete. #Meta is garbage.

I cannot wait to test out the Beta app if available to general public. I’m excited for a new photo sharing app as I love Bluesky and am in the middle of a #metaexit

Zu meinem persönlichen 500 Tagen MetaExit hole ich den Thread zu meiner Ablehnung an WhatsApp, Insta & Co vom Wochenende noch mal nach oben. Viel Spaß beim lesen und ne Portion Motivation es auch zu versuchen lasse ich auch da ⚡

META kennt dich womöglich besser als du dich selbst, aber META ist Alternativlos? Bequemlichkeit und Gewohnheit der Menschen werden ausgenutzt. Die Sucht nichts zu verpassen und immer erreichbar sein zu wollen ist riesig.
