Look I'm just saying that I think that marrying Lissa asap, rescuing our kids, having her die, then de facto remarring her niece at the age of 12 affected me in deep and profound ways but also so did playing mgq 4 months after that so who can really separate those influences

Nice to revisit the series again, refreshing myself for the paradox trilogy. MGQ is one of two reasons I fell into the VN rabbit hole and it'll always hold a special place in my heart because of that. Glad something I still enjoy gets to hold that position.

I think I low key used to turn my nose up unconciously at rpgmaker games but man has that changed. Demon’s Roots, Tobira no Densetsu, MGQ Paradox…all absolutely top shelf stuff in the genre. Really grateful to the engine for giving such incredible visions a chance to be realized.

The story itself is pretty cool, though I think the original MGQ VN had a stronger story and themes about coexistence and acceptance. Paradox has like sci fi alternate world stuff and chuuni powerscaling hype but it’s definately not delivering a message as powerful as the original VN imo.

Finished MGQ Paradox after 170 hours, or at least what’s out of it, since it seems like there actually is more to come despite the conclusion here feeling pretty conclusive and final. Anyway, needless to say, I enjoyed this game a lot. It’s one of the most RPGs to ever RPG.

In MGQ paradox, they originally had this problem, but found a way to patch it, so there’s an NPC telling you you need to unequip gear before it can be customized, then he corrects himself and says with current technology, you can now customize equipped gear and hes not used to changing his spiel yet

Genuinely no clue, the porn is almost completely avoidable in Paradox. But they only have MGQ original collectively, for some reason the individual parts are like this, which obviously makes no sense.
