I wrote a weasel character into my writing project and only discovered AFTER that weasels are super tiny irl, so here is Orson the otter carrying around his itty bitty angy boyfriend

Art of Orson and Corin by @heckded.bsky.social!!!
A big otter with a mustache, wearing clothes and a cape, is carrying a very small, angry, scarred weasel wearing a cavalier hat, shirt, and cape by the scruff in his mouth.

I've never had something hit my brain this hard before but... here are some mice. I cherish them. Thanks Redwall and Bloomburrow!

Art by @heckded.bsky.social!!!
Two mice, one a creamy golden color, the other mostly black with white on his face. The golden mouse is a lithe, showoffy musketeer, with a wide feathered hat, and the black one is a gruff and tough mouse with scale plate armor and a large sword in his pack. They both wear capes.

Mouse on the left is bulky, with mostly black fur with some white on his face. He his holding his large longsword with both paws. He is wearing scale armor. Mouse on the right is more lithe and is golden in color, wearing a musketeer's outfit with a red cape, boots, and a feathered hat. He holds a rapier. The two mice are crossing swords. The owl is a white eurasian eagle owl with red eyes.

You know what the best part of adventuring is? Doing it with someone you care about :)

Art of the #MiceTale mouseyboys Alec & Renard by @sneakygnida.bsky.social!!!
A sketchpage of a golden mouse musketeer named Renard and a black knight mouse named Alec. Renard dominates the left side while Alec dominates the right. Renard is drawn in red and Alec is drawn in blue. From top to bottom: Renard plays his lute while Alec listens on, leaning on his two handed sword. There is a neutral portrait of each next to the respective mouse. Renard swaying his cape dramatically as he tells a story. Renard thrusting forward with his rapier while Alec stands his ground with his sword. Renard riding on Alec's sword as he holds it over his shoulder. Alec easily carrying a log, picking flowers as he thinks of Renard (with a blush on his face), and putting up laundry on a laundry line. Renard combing his whiskers, and holding out a rose. Alec swinging his sword in an arc in front of him.
