really obsessed with Fire N Ice / Solomon's Key 2, this extremely corgispace-ass NES game from 1992... the level design is really top notch and modern-feeling to me, despite being ... 34 years old ??

The artwork of #Xak: The Art of Visual Stage used on the cover of the #MSX2, #SharpX68000, #NEC #PC88 and #PC98 releases in Japan. This is a v2 using a much better source with upscaling/retouching applied. I suspect Michitaka Kikuchi aka Kia Asamiya is the artist for this one.
