An estate sale nearby this weekend features a "vintage new old stock collection of Magnavox Micromatic turntables from 1961-1965". Looks like this is maybe a third of the total collection. Pretty cool.

Absolute hero of mine. No business sense whatsoever but in terms of invention, a genius.

I don't (yet) have the micro-amplifier or Slimline but I did pick up the Micromatic a few years ago.

I have a large collection of sinclair stuff! I'm missing a C5 because i dont have the room! The MK14, the fm watch, and fm radio that was very similar to the micromatic because they go for silly money and they are collectibles that the price will crash at some point .

My dream came true today: we acquired a 1967 Magnavox Micromatic record player/radio console 🥹

It has been sooo difficult to find one like this, that wasn’t too big/too heavy/too expensive, and that actually works! The sound quality is heavenly, and the wood is gorgeous after a quick polish job 🤩

My Sinclair Micromatic. This 1960s (!) "World's Smallest Radio" is absolutely tiny, as you can see from the earpiece next to it. Oh, and there's no way on earth that thing is going anywhere near my ear!

Aqara H1 dobbel. Denne har dobbelt relé, to brytere og zigbee. I tillegg har jeg Micromatic ZB250 dimmere på do og bad. De som går på kun fjernstyring (fortsatt zigbee, men styring i enten lyskilde eller stikk) har ingen opplagt plass å ha bryteren. Eller så er bryteren ikke utskiftbar fordi

Ready for vintage day topwater!! It started as a rough finished true temper dynamic seamless hollow steel rod. I left the butt finish and repainted the rough 4ft tip gloss black with 4 coats of clear and wrapped new guides from Alps. Then I extended the short factory handle from 5 inches to a full 11. The reel is a cycloid micromatic, one of the first reels with a true active centrifugal brake. Posted by Royal-Albatross6244
