'It'll be clear tonight - wanna join me to look at some stars?'

Sometimes, simple things are not so simple.

A second short snippet for week 2 of #MidsummerFluff2026 - Stargazing

'Have you ever swum in the ocean?'

Such a simple request - and Augustine had so few of them - how could they say no?

-
For week one of #midsummerfluff2026 I wrote a little fluffy #Dollystine snippet - I hope you enjoy!

How about #DominoOC inviting #RolimOC to fly-diving?

Written for the #MidsummerFluff2026 event

archiveofourown.org/works/877918...
"Say, Domi," Rolim pipes up as I pull off my shirt. "There's something I've always wondered about you." I toss my shirt onto the blanket, tilting my head. "Yes?" "Can you swim with wings?" Well, no one's ever asked me this so very directly, but I can see where he's coming from, smiling at his curiosity. "Better than an Aasimar like Dame Aylin, that's for sure," I nod. "Wings with feathers tend to float more than they sink, but mine are leathery things, so if I fold them tightly to my back, I'm all good." I grin a little as an idea begins to form in my mind. "There is, however, one thing that's far more fun than simply swimming." "Oh?" Rolim asks. "And what would that be?" "Diving," I answer. "But there's nothing to jump off of," he laughs. "Domus mea, love of my life," I chuckle. "I adore you, but sometimes you're really quite slow." "Hey!" he complains, a blush darkening his cheeks. "I can fly, my love." It still takes him a moment to connect the dots, but when he does, his demeanor brightens up. "Oh! Then, you mean—?" "Exactly," I nod. "Now get naked and be a daredevil with me." He laughs, leaning up to steal a kiss before doing just that. Domi taking Rolim flying.
