ICE has had to adapt their tactics to avoid getting trapped and surrounded the way they did in Paramount and Bell.

ICE uses small vehicle teams: 3-4 unmarked rental vehicles with 2 agents each. They do quick raids, grabbing one or two people at a time. Each team has capacity for only 8 prisoners.
