2a) Go-to for PLA is Mika3D Silk, just because of the nice bulk packaging and pricing, prints good (if a bit stringy sometimes)
2b) Polymaker ASA has been my go to for price/color availability, but Ambrosia has been in my inventory more as of recent

I'm also running a P1S, and have run everything under the sun through it, Inland, Cookie CAD, AMOLEN, OVV3D, MIKA3D, etc. for the past 5 months, and it's clogged 1 time with TPU, and that was a feed problem, not a filament problem. Still on the original non-hardened nozzle too.

Mika3D Silk Gold. I loved Stronghero3D gold, but I think they discontinued it. This is the best replacement I've found so far. Sliceworx @sliceworx.bsky.social has a nice gold too, more yellow. I didn't have enough of that left for this project after my son used it for his jack-o'-lantern project.

Thanks! It was actually accidental as I meant to print it with just matte grey and let the recipient paint it how they wanted, but I picked the wrong AMS slot and got this. 😜
The filament is Mika3D metallic silver PLA. It’s been really good for several projects I’ve done, so I recommend it.
