Dear all, I will only be passively present for the most part for the foreseeable future, so I'm pausing my #Hobbystreak and can't do #miniaturehighlights anymore.

The reason being, my eldest has developed an eating disorder and our first priority is, frankly, to keep her alive and healthy […]

Rude red tyranid I think brood patriarch kind of guy? It's ready to eat some space marines tho. Lovely brightness of colour Ranks and ranks of old school space marines in a lovely turquoise with white pauldrons 5 barbecue club grill sergeants. Typical blue and yellow space marine dudes but with flame throwers (and nice muzzle burn) Nice Dungeon scenery with much nicer painted undead off varying kinds. There must be around 18 of them and they are nicely varied.

[Original post on dice.camp]
Dwarf character from Game of Thrones on small stone steps with excellent light / dark work. Money-headed monster that looks like a Hydra but then make it human heads with no eyes and immensely long tongues drooling green Gore. As ElDave is really good at photography this is just like as if it's saying hi to us right before sucking up our Souls, while breaking through an ancient wall backed by green ghostly light Purple white and green tau robot wielding a sword with green sash to it on a scenic snowbase with blue and white grass Halberdier with armor plates and puffy sleeves looking rather optimistic even though halberdiers were usually the ones who got the beating. Lovely mountain background as well

Five civilian figures on street bases, a badass librarian type in skirt, shirt, boots and sunglasses with a gun, a gardener with a skull and spade, a more conservative but very angry librarian in a dress with lace collar with a candlestick and a book, a private eye or gangster (or both) with a suit, a Stetson and two guns, an athlete armed with legging it A magnificently painted ghoul giant with a crown, a cape with a fur collar in which skulls and faces are not being happy. @Fuzzy_Doug's chivalric halfling (that's not a lance but a spit) […]

[Original post on dice.camp]
Partial ruin with three massive red winged demons stood on top of it, and eight Demon Dog monsters in Pink and Grey in front of it. Someone is going to enjoy playing against these and then be completely tabled by all this rage Brave looking halfling knight on a miniature Pony worth magenta and yellow barding or whatever you call Pony clothes. Dressed in blue and Gray and it's looking rather brave and stalwart inasmuch halflings can, probably because there is the promise of lunch. The Pony is looking bloody determined probably because there is the promise of hay and some slobber. Stormcast war band for underworlds in nice darkish but still shiny tones and vampire war band for the same system in dark red with purple wings period it's all very moody and threatening which we love Futuristic train from the first half of the 20th century greebled up with guns and orc teeth and lamps that make it look like eyes for gas lands Urluck has done a great job on the weathering of this as it looks as if it's been through a hell of a lot

A bone effigy by @eldavephoto https://dice.camp/@eldavephoto/114112600988866101

An impressive ginger aggro dude by @julienmindel […]

[Original post on dice.camp]
A ... thing... made entirely of bones (and judging from the overly long legs and neck too many bones) wielding a sword made of bones, stood on a hero rock. Why exactly a hero rock is not clear because this would never be a sympathetic anti-hero just a weird animated pile of Bones. Sewer wall with a lot of green and brown in in the background. Very hench and very leather strapped ginger dude with long hair and a well trimmed beard muscling about with a giant two-headed axe while he's stood on the faces of the Long dead and for some reason a nice wave Burly young lady in a tartan dress and a green overcoat wearing heavy Army boots and sporting purple hair looking at her phone screen Future k warrior soldier holding a gun with a silencer on walking through what looks to be a landscape full of weird trees but which might in reality be dried tree roots. Whatever it is it all looks very moody.

[Original post on dice.camp]
Cthulhu winged monster in blues and turquoises and Cyan's. It's absolutely gorgeous and very much as if it's something coming at you in very poor moonlight with wings, claws and tentacles everywhere. I can already feel the insanity setting in. Space elf with chain sword at least his own length and space gun and, here is where it gets interesting, LED lights in his helmet and at the front of his shoulder pads. Chris does insane stuff like this all the fkn time. I don't like 40K because it just does not appeal to me in any way but this man is nearly forcing my hand Archangel of the most messed up sorts. It is in its basis the combination between an automaton and a walking shrine. It's chest is a couple of pointed arches over a niche with candles burning in, over a pelvis of another set of Gothic arches with red and black slash white checkered cloth hanging off it. It's Wings or shoulders are gothic arches with trefoil Windows with red and black / white checkered cloth hanging off it. It's head looks like a head but has blue lighting eyes add a giant Halo of lightning behind it. The arms and legs are either mechanised armour or just weird robotic stuff and it is wielding a spear that looks like a relic. All beautifully weathered and the more you look at it the more complex it gets A bunch of fat halflings with their moves and tummies hanging out way too far and their supporting crew. Strike oil manner of hilarious poses like the Karate Kid crane kick and they have food and drinks all over the place because why wouldn't you if you're a halfling. Standard models are a halfling hot pot which is basically a giant catapult with three halfling chefs pulling it loaded with a giant cooking pot ready to be flung at the opponents.

@aurelie's ogre carter
https://rollenspiel.social/@aurelie/114026782822065053

@erickolb's […]

[Original post on dice.camp]
Ogre carter pulling a handcart laden with barrels, a cask, a small treasure chest, while also carrying a yoke on his back which has another cask attached to it. The skin of the ogre is beautifully done, with age spots on his shoulders, as well as all the wood in different tones. All the metallic bits like the rim of the wheel and all the nails are expertly painted. The base is just rife with flowers and different types of plants lending the whole a fairytale look Fallout Wasteland warrior in a trench coat having a pip boy strapped to his wrist, wearing an army helmet and a gas mask. He is stood on what looks like an old neon sign from the 1950s. The entire base is colored in varied tones of rusty Brown as are the creases on the Warrior's trousers. He is armed with a massive sniper rifle and stood in a pose of some surprise or a readiness for action With what I'm going to describe you have to keep in mind that it's 15 millimeter scale which is ridiculously small. 7 hexagonal tiles arranged in a circular pattern around the center one. The one in the centre has a massive monster looking like statue on it come out flanked by two dark elf ladies. The surrounding tiles each have two dark elf ladies drawing daggers or waving this weapons about. One seems to be waving about the head of vanquished enemy which is all Fair when you're a dark elf. For this scale that terrain is awfully detailed. Glorious plague bearer. I couldn't say he's beautiful without feeling a bit awkward but I'm going to say it anyway. All the pasteurs and open bones are delightfully grisly and the green skin tones are just magnificently bright. He looks a bit bored with the whole thing and is Holding sword ready to drag along or wave at his enemy. The intestines dropping out of his stomach are just obscene. He is stood on a snowy Hero Rock.

@chaos_chic 's #battletech robot https://warhammer.social/@chaos_chic/114009416323069851 […]

[Original post on dice.camp]
Absolutely glorious mech bot with gun and you wouldn't believe the beautiful multicolour non metallic metal in sunset colours. Absofuckinglutely stunning Bust cut off at one arm and below the belt on a polychrome decorated column with hieroglyphics on. Scantily clad western-faced but Egyptian dressed (inasmuch as you can speak of actual surface area of fabric). She's wearing a Bastet headdress and has a scarab loincloth buckle. You can see her nips through the two strips of fabric. Not featured on this image is the left arm with a giant dagger behind her back. Yellow motorbike with goblin on. What can I say? Let your mind fill in the blanks😆 Dwarven standard bearer with a standard that is easily three times as tall as itself. Gender of the dwarf is unspecified but the beard has some nice braids and a jewel in and it is wielding a giant hammer. The banner has a complex metalwork ring with a set of axe heads over a dwarf helmet and beard. The banner is edged with green knotwork. It's all very glorious.

Something that looks like an allosaurus with dorsal sail, bedecked with gilded plating and amulets ridden by a skink dude (mfx) Chavvy fish gang. They smoke, wear flat caps, bowler hats or battered top hats, and are armed with assorted and some have plaice as shields. Painting is superb. Every fishy bastard's got scale shine in nmm and the light/dark contrasts are eye wateringly good Boar with ridiculous mammoth-like tusks and armor back plating being written by an orc with a helmet with horns and ridiculous tusks waving a dirty banner with an orc skull on ! @JonDesigns247 with his disturbing possessed patients https://pixelfed.social/p/JonDesigns247/789221677228469988

@JoeF […]

[Original post on dice.camp]
Three disturbingly contorted mental patients with black eyes. At first they look asive they are dancing but two are bent backwards so badly as to be uncomfortable Rocky terrain with some grass and a Purple giant spider being trampled by the front paws a long haired dog landing upon it. The dog has a top knot and wearing armour with a green caped fully armoured dwarf with a magnificent Crest and a green sword riding it Little diorama piece that looks like a rocky outcrop with a flatter top with grass and some dirt and trees against a deep black background. On Top of the Grass are 10 entropomorphic and eaters wearing blue and white military uniforms and carrying World War 1 rifles and all having a square backpack on their backs. The anteaters have very pudgy body types so they fit well in the miniature gaming community. Their skin colours range from light purple to yellowish to green. In the back there's an ovoid tank thing with tracks running all along the sides and one plucky little anteater coming out of a Hatch. The Canon barrel is just a tiny little affair in the middle front of the tank. It's all very lovely I will have you know Beautifully painted goblin with hood holding a massive sickle-like pole arm and keeping a gorgeously painted little squig in check. Painting skills are inconceivably good (at least for me)

Blonde Horse with blonde Rider wearing a green cape and out holding a sword ready to gouge an orc. Trust me, the painting and shows why Drunk On Tea is worth paying for a commissions Half naked beast man braying and swinging and acts from one hand while holding a severed elf head with the other. The nmm is perfect Mandalorian Star Wars character with blank armor and carrying a tiny baby Yoda Grogu in a levitating basket. I couldn't see if this was non-metallic metal or true metallic metal which should be counted as a win for mythical mothman Third party khenri miniatures for blood bowl,so heavily Egyptian themed. The highlights on these are so good and so colorful that everything looks shiny as pretty
