Having the right tools for the job help a LOT.

I used to get multiple cavities a year. It sucked.

Then, I got the little minibrushes for between teeth because I hated flossing, and got a high-fluoride toothpaste to make up for my tea habit and BAM, 2 years with zero cavities. :D

I got 2 surprise cavities last year, it's forced me to contend with my chocolate addiction. 🥺

Now I use minibrushes between the theeth, more work but at least I can still snack, in theory.
