PCR thermocycler, gel electrophoresis system, CRISPR-Cas9 kit and reagents.
Thanks to @minipcr.bsky.social 🙏.
So now the remaining devices are CO2 & O2 incubator, HEPA air purifier and perhaps laminar flow box to make everything as ideal as I can.

I run my lab in my home for about 20yrs now. You absolutely can and kits from Carolina dot com, Edvotek, MiniPCR, etc can help reduce overhead. Amazon and ebay for labware. Sequencing via plasmidsaurus is cheap now and can do zero prep so just need clean sample of bug

Hypothetically, I could sell it and instead pick-up a miniPCR thermal cycler, bluegel electrophoresis kit, and an Oxford Nanopore minION and have a completely portable DNA barcoding kit.

Love it! I'm using the MiniPCR equipment too, and it's solid. That centrifuge i great too, although the preset system feels bugged (Or unintuitive?) I would use locking, or name-brand tubes; the cheap ones tend to open (and rip apart) on longer runs.
