My ONE animation cell I had to have was an Akira one of Kaneda's jacket (was obsessed with it in college) and I got it in 98
Turns out it's a mispaint. Checked it against the movie; pill colors are flipped 😭
It's like ALL in private collections now and likely thousands each 🤷
