all the windows of the #mk4gti were tinted (badly) except for the windshield
I just had that done and the ac now uh
works :3c
the #mk5rabbit has no tint at all and getting that fixed just went up a few steps on the priority list

I reshelled the key for the #mk4gti because it was gross and now it is not :3
it has the exact key as the rabbit so it has a red vw logo and a gti plaid keychain
I forgot what a pain it was to get the transponder out, I cracked this one but it works and the new battery means it actually works

the #mk4gti is leaking and I have started making the #mk5rabbit more waterproof so it can be taken through a car wash without filling the spare tire well with soapy water, I'd like to daily it
so far I've I covered the antenna, removed the old hatch seal, and addressed the minor rust under it

I managed to get the 034 catch can installed, a half-assed power steering flush, and an oil swap
the battery box is cracked and I think it got wet under there because for two days the rad fans were weird and the ac didn't work (thank fuck that came back) #mk4gti

it took my stoned ass a solid six seconds to figure out what this was when I first opened it (it is the used shift knob/boot I am using the frame from so I can install a new boot on the #mk4gti)

polished the headlights (huge difference), replaced a missing headlight bolt, took off the engine covers, and gave the engine a light degreasing
I went overboard today so more to come :3c

they had to be very careful with some pieces because they're shedding dye, and I'm not sure if there's a solution other than replacement :3c
