Yesterday I got an email letting me know I am a certified #mindfulness #meditation teacher. It was an amazing two-year journey in #jackkornfield & #tarabrach 's #mmtcp. I'm grateful for all the learning & the capacity I now have to share the gifts of mindfulness in my community & beyond! #bskysangha

Opening weekend of my two-year #mmtcp training. What a difference a day makes.

Nice to meet you Jeremy! Thank you for your practice🙏🏼 I'm @johnbe4.bsky.social and this profile facilitating online sangha. Almost finished mmtcp training. May we all be connected 🙏🏼 😊💜

Right on! Followed you, too. I completed the MMTCP a couple years back, too, it’s a nice program. Supplemented it with a lot of study and work and practice in the Plum Village tradition, and am aspiring to become a member of the Order of Interbeing. Nice to connect my friend!

I’m an MMTCP student heading towards graduation now. No matter what course we take to learn basics we still need to keep digging, how far we are each willing to go is the measure of who we become, I think. It’s definitely been transformative for this little pipsqueak puppy of a teacher. Thank you!

For Christmas, I'd like the power to subpoena documents. Related: CA state lawyers swoop in on Bell, CA salary scandal. http://shar.es/mMTcp
