Now, the interesting bit is the endocannabinoid bit, it clamps down on being able to feel pleasure at all, but the anxiety, aggression, and paranoia will still hurt them, they will need to act out in order to relieve these feelings. Then modafinil to keep you alert with impaired empathy/feelings...

Sleep restriction mixed with modafinil, you restrict amount of sleep that the handler gets and use drug to patch for it, sleep deprivation on it's own has fascinating effects which include increased aggression, paranoia, and lowered inhibition and empathy. Mixed with all else, very useful.
