modem and cable checked!!!! I WASNT GOING INSANE, MODEM AND LINE FINE IT WAS THE FUCKING UPGRADING FOR MONTHS WITH NO EMAILS NO WARNINGS OR ANYTHING
......update on this lol, turns out MY ENTIRE NEIGHBOURHOOD is being upgraded atm with no announcement, tech guy didnt even know either until he called me back and said he just arrived and noticed LOL
