A self proclaimed Soul-Like FPS (I don't personally agree), it's a Doomer-shooter with regular melee mixed in, i'm firmly of the belief we need to tighten up what qualifies for a Souls-like, that being said I recommend checking this out.

I am not ashamed to admit that I genuinely had no idea how to pronounce Mohtra until now. My dumb ass was calling it "Mothra" while I played through the Demo and I didn't realise it wasn't even spelt that way until afterwards.

I briefly played Mohtra and I liked what I played. The soundtrack is nice, the levels are atmospheric and fun to explore and I love how alien everything felt. The gameplay though was kinda eh from what I felt after 3ish worlds. Quick question but have you played Drova - Forsaken Kin?

This month isnt bad ghost of yotei, bf6, mohtra, ninja gaiden 4 & the outer worlds 2.
And all it cost were multiple studios closures, project cancellations, people losing their jobs and multiple studios both big and indie not finding funding so are possibly going to restart the cycle again 🙃

An indie game that mixes soulslike elements and fps. Its a fine game but I feel like the soulslike stuff is a bit mild. Nothing here is bad but kinda feels undercooked in places. The weapons are also iffy for me. Some cool stuff but also alot of gimmicks
