Ayer volví a cenar con él y recordé por qué Laya D.O. Almansa es un vino que siempre recomiendo. Su accesibilidad sigue siendo clave: Monastrell amable, fruta rica, taninos suaves... jodido encontrar algo mejor por ese precio.

3.Sericis. Cepas viejas Monastrell – D.O.Alicante. 9,20€ . No me canso de recomendar este vino. Es un vino intenso y superelegante. Más difícil de encontrar en un supermercado, pero por internet lo tienen hasta en Amazon.
