The best of Monkey (and other associated beasts) May-nia.

Airazor pounces on some little snot goblin thing. It is rad. Optimus Primal poses dramatically on top of a truck racing through the night. It is rad. Silverbolt strides across the plains, spear at the ready, eyes peeled for hunting. He looks super rad. Shitbot rides in Hound as they try and escape BW Megatron in his dino mode. It is rad.

It ends. Not with a bang, but with a giant gorilla-man shooting lasers out of his nipples.

Say farewell to Monkey (and other associated beasts) May-nia, everyone. It has been quite the journey...

The full set: Famine, Pestilence, War and Death.

For those not in the know, these are four Beast Wars moulds that got redecos in the last days of Armada, c. 2003. Then writer Simon Furman decided to make them the four horsemen of the apocalypse.

Famine looks over the dessicated skeleton of a pteranodon. It probably starved to death. Pestilence stands over the corpse of something, weapon dripping with infectious bile. It probably got sick and died. War stands in the midst of a fiery battlefield, shooting his weapon off screen. Something is getting warred to death. Death hovers in the air behind a human. She looks proper menacing, innit.

Airazor AKA Death hovers menacingly behind Raf... Oh! Actually like a vast, predatory bird! She is backlit and really dang spooky.

Anyway, here's wonder-War.

Thanks be to @sketchyfigs.bsky.social for interpreting the otherwise daft horn accessory as a pistol with a huge magazine. I mean, it's still daft, but better than having to just carry a horn around.

Pestilence. Wash your hands thoroughly, wear a facemask when required, consult your doctor if symptoms persist

Cheetor AKA Pestilence stands over the fallen form of his opponent. Noxious slime oozes from his weapon. It is also well moody.

Famine hits hard.

Luke-warm hot take: the Armada redecos of (mostly) unused transmetal designs have far, far superior colour layouts.

Terrorsaur, AKA Famine, looks over the bones of a pterodactyl strewn over the desert sands. It is well moody.
