Bluesky hasn't let me post photos for a while but I do have my rock, it's a large cobble of mookite jasper my undergrad thesis advisor gave me when I graduated. This is not the only rock I have but it's traveled all over the country with me.

I found this lovely porphyritic basalt in my washing machine. I love how the different crystal sizes tell a story of an eruption rudely interrupting cozy subterranean cooling.
