OT won't quite be like helicopters, cocaine, and motrocycles...

this is a user-fee for using the separated network of user-funded, improved, bicycle-only paths, known as "sidepaths" that were popular in Western New York and Minnesota in 1890s-1910s. It's NOT a license for the operator or the vehicle to use public roads. And it has nothing to do with motrocycles.

On the way to work I saw a large processional of police. 20 cars and 20 motrocycles. One was a chick. I wonder what they where protecting.
