If it’s *only* snakes (no lamia or partial humans) then of course I’ve got to go with Kaa, and my own AU Mowglii, at least by volume of drawings 😅

I’m looking forward to seeing more of them! Are you planning to do more Kaa and Mowglii as well?

looking back at earlier Mowglii stuff...man, I've gotten a LOT better at angles and perspective, not to mention coils.

Developed as an artist a LOT since I made this, but was still really proud of this drawing of Mowglii, inspired by a particular scene

Another amazing dA artist (www.deviantart.com/djicr) asked me about doing a little sketch of Mowglii and Kaa based on my recent comic, and WoooooW.
Go give them a follow if you're not already!

Going a little slow on the comic, so here’s an annoyed Mowglii sketch instead

When @lostjunglegirl.bsky.social messaged to ask to use my version of Mowglii for this, I was happy to say yeah, but WOW, didn't expect it to turn out so incredible!! She's definitely in good coils with Divya 💜
Ooh, what do we have here? A sketch commission for @lostjunglegirl.bsky.social and @snakesnstuff.bsky.social.

Okay, in the spirit of doing more than just posting art when it's done (and the occasional warmup sketch), gonna noodle on some ideas -- and would love all y'alls thoughts!
Once 'Coils in the Canopy' is finished, what would you like to see next?
More Mowglii art? Another character? or stories? etc

Still working on the next comic page, but for #KaaDay I thought I'd share some additional sketches, updates etc!
Mowglii sure seems to get herself into quite a few scaley and spirally situations, eh?
