Some good local news of a long-awaiting widening of a greenway path. One of my regular routes with #TheDoodle on #MPoulet it can't come soon enough as the existing path is very narrow and falling to pieces.

#Havering council has approved a plan to widen the shared-use path which runs through Painesbrook Park.
This is great news and make this section NCN136 more accessible, especially as it's a great way to miss some busy roads.

It was practical. We got around, and with some major roadworks in the area, we didn't add to the congestion and poor air quality.
