However, a big boy like Kobb and a big, thick fellow like our stranger - whom Kobb has not seen again since, predictably - are going to make big, big babies, and even as strong and as strapping as he is, Kobb has his work cut out for him when it's time for him to give birth! 👀✨ #mpreg #mpregbirth

A continuation of the scenario in the images in the previous post. Some time having passed, Kobb is now in labour and about to give birth, huffing and panting and burying his face in his arms as he lies on his side, belly heaving and udder leaking. The tip of a baby demon's snout is just beginning to poke out of his vulva, and Renbo, standing at Kobb's back end and leaning over to observe the birth, is grinning with excitement. Renbo's dialogue reads:
Oh, Kobb! He's coming out head-first! Barros was right, you've got a little Quathrigan! [heart emoji]
The artist and skeet author's Patreon address (patreon.com/drtanner) is also written on the piece.

A continuation of the scene in the previous image. A little more time has passed, and Kobb, body tensing as he bears down, is effortfully pushing out the first baby of his litter, which is still mostly covered by its sac, save for its snout. Its shoulders have just barely emerged, and Kobb's vulva is stretched taut around its body, his udder leaking copiously. The baby is very large; it's a tight fit, and Renbo is staring in surprise as Kobb struggles to deliver. Renbo's dialogue reads:
Oh god, Kobb, he's huge! Th-that's it! Push! Push! He's almost out!

... and, as it turned out, Darling had been doing his best to get Lover pregnant for a while already! However, with Lover carrying his baby, Darling was determined to be a proper mate to him, fulfilling his needs through his pregnancy and supporting him during the eventual birth.💜 #mpreg #mpregbirth

A continuation of the scenario in the images in the previous post. As Lover and Darling continue to talk, we see a flashback of Darling in a side room at Origenics, ejaculating into a cannister. Their dialogue reads:
Darling: But... as long as we're tellin' each other things...
Darling: I know that when you turn me down it's usually 'cause you've had your fertile period induced 'n' you're waitin' to go back to Origenics. Y'know, so you get pregnant at the right time to do the procedure.
Darling: Well, I, um.
Darling: I go to Origenics myself when that happens. To, uh. To donate.
Lover: So... you've been trying to make me pregnant this whole time?
Darling: Y, yeah. I know they prob'ly don't use it straight away so no one knows who's sired what, but... Yeah. [heart emoji]
Lover: That's... sort of sweet, in a funny kind of way. Well... I'm having your baby now, aren't I. You've succeeded. [heart emoji]
The artist and skeet author's Patreon address (patreon.com/drtanner) is also handwritten on the piece.

A continuation of the scenario in the previous images, in three consecutive parts, showing the passage of the next several months. In each of these, Lover and Darling are on Lover's bed, Lover straddling Darling's hips and riding him. In the first panel, captioned "Soon...", Lover has a small bump, his pregnancy just beginning to show, and Darling is caressing it with the fingertips of one hand, gently encouraged by Lover, while holding Lover's hand with the other. Darling's erect cock rests on his belly as Lover leans back; they are clearly preparing to have sex. Their dialogue reads:
Darling: Haha, that's our baby in there. [heart emoji]
Lover: Mhm. [heart emoji]
In the second panel, captioned "Later...", a few months have evidently passed, Lover's belly being significantly larger and rounder as he bounces enthusiastically on Darling's cock, both of them moaning as he does so. Darling is holding onto Lover's hip with one hand and caressing his belly with the other.
In the third panel, captioned "Eventually...", yet more months have gone by, with Lover's belly being very round, heavy and taut, and his chest is distinctly swollen, with large, dark, puffy teats. They have just finished fucking again, Darling's cock leaking onto his belly as Lover lifts himself up to lean forward, Darling gently holding his wrist as he cradles his tensing belly. Their dialogue reads:
Darling: Ah... hh... How's that, lover? You like that? [heart emoji]
Lover: Mhm. [heart emoji] ... Ngh...! Oh...!
Darling: Are you alright, lover? ... Oh gods, is the baby coming?
Lover: Mhm...!
Darling: Oh gods. Alright. We'd... we'd better get you up to Origenics, eh?
Lover: Mhm. [heart emoji]
The artist and skeet author's Patreon (patreon.com/drtanner), Pillowfort (pillowfort.social/DrTanner) and Bluesky (drtanner.bsky) addresses are also handwritten on the piece.

A continuation of the scenario in the previous images, captioned "The Following Morning...", in two parts. Lover is lying on the examination table in Origenics, thighs spread and about to give birth, attended by Dr Larimar and with Darling at his side, who is holding his hand tightly. In the first panel, Lover is panting and sweating, face flushed as he struggles to catch his breath between pushes. He has evidently been in labour for some time, but his baby is finally crowning; its head is large, dark and scaly, and has two tiny nubs of horns. The panel's dialogue reads:
Darling: That's it, lover. Nearly there, not much longer now. You're doin' so well, just keep breathin'...!
Larimar: You're doing *very* well! Catch your breath, and when you're ready, give me another really big push! As long and as hard as you can!
In the second panel, the view has drawn in close between Lover's thighs as he bears down and subsequently delivers with a loud cry, Dr Larimar happily supporting the enormous baby with both arms as its upper body emerges, its arms flailing as Lover pushes it out. It's a baby ogre, to Darling's visible delight, and easily the size of a six month old human baby. Their dialogue reads:
Larimar: That's it, well done! Goodness gracious me, that's quite a bit bigger than we expected, isn't it! One more good push, alright? When you're ready...!
Lover: Nngh, hh-! A-aaah! Ngh!
Larimar: That's it! Push! Push!
Lover: Ah-hh-aaaaaaah!!
The artist and skeet author's Patreon (patreon.com/drtanner), Pillowfort (pillowfort.social/DrTanner) and Bluesky (drtanner.bsky) addresses are also handwritten on the piece.

2/2 A substantial Beast Soul demands a long gestation, but Lover enjoys every minute, and once his pregnancy is confirmed, he can get back to his favourite hobby: fucking his friends! 💜 However, even a long pregnancy eventually has to end - and that's when the hard work begins! 👀💦 #mpreg #mpregbirth

A continuation of the scenario in the images in the previous post. Lover is in a dark back alley, trousers pushed down and shirt pulled up, exposing his small bump, while Darling fucks him from the front, both of them panting and moaning softly. Lover is tall enough that Darling can get his cock into Lover's hole easily while holding onto his hip and waist. Lover's narration text reads:
Being pregnant drives me wild. I need to have sex; it doesn't matter who with, as long as he can stick it in me and fill my cunt with his seed. I like to imagine that they're trying to knock me up. They can try as hard as they like, but it's all for nothing. I'm already pregnant, already spoken for.
The artist and skeet author's Patreon address (patreon.com/drtanner) is also handwritten on the piece.

A continuation of the scenario in the previous images in two parts. In the first panel, some time has evidently passed: Lover, now much more visibly pregnant, is on his bed in his apartment, happily on his hands and knees while Sweetheart fucks him from behind, one hand on Lover's shoulder and the other reaching around his waist to caress his growing belly. Lover's narration dialogue reads:
That said, I'd like to let them try someday. I'll have to ask Doctor Larimar if he'd be happy to induce me and let me conceive naturally at some point.
In the second panel, yet more time has passed, and Lover is back on Larimar's examination table at Origenics, thighs spread as Larimar once again stimulates him with a medical vibrator and massage. Lover's belly is round, heavy and taut, and his chest is swollen with milk, his teats dark, puffy and leaking as he rubs and squeezes them in an attempt to start his labour. Larimar's dialogue reads:
Larimar: You're actually a little bit dilated already, so it shouldn't take too long for contractions to begin. Just relax and let me know when you feel something, alright?
Lover's narration dialogue reads:
Soon enough, though, I'm due again, and it's back to Origenics for the fifth and final phase of the procedure: Delivery. Once again, sex is simulated, this time to encourage the onset of labour. As always, Doctor Larimar is excellent as his work; meanwhile, I squeeze and massage my chest to help my milk start to flow. While lactation is a superb way to bring on my contractions, however, my milk is no good for the baby I'm about to give birth to. Thankfully, there'll be plenty of suitable food at the facility where it'll be raised and cared for throughout its natural life.
The artist's various addresses (patreon.com/drtanner, pillowfort.social/drtanner, drtanner.bsky) are all written on the piece.

A continuation of the scenario in the previous images in two parts, captioned "Seven Hours Later...". In the first panel, Lover, now having evidently been in labour for some time, is squatting on the metal floor of the examination room, sweating and flushed as he pushes as hard as he can. His teats are leaking heavily, and he is resting most of his weight on the arm he has over Larimar's shoulders as Larimar kneels next to him, leaning over to observe the imminent birth - the snout of Lover's baby is beginning to emerge at last. Larimar's dialogue reads:
Larimar: That's it, that's a lovely big push! The head's starting to come now, well done. Just keep breathing, and push-!
Lover's narration text reads:
I was right. It's big.
In the final panel, the view has drawn in close between Lover's legs as he finally delivers a squealing, wriggling and very large baby behemoth, which Larimar is gently holding as Lover pushes its body out. Their dialogue reads:
Larimar: There we go, well done! Nearly there, just one more push -
Baby Behemoth: [squealing loudly]
Larimar: Goodness, that's a healthy set of lungs! Now then, whenever you're ready -
Lover's narration text reads:
It's very big.
The artist's various addresses (patreon.com/drtanner, pillowfort.social/drtanner, drtanner.bsky) are all written on the piece.

2/2 Of course, taking such a long break between pregnancies means that giving birth won't be quite as easy as it was back when he was popping out babies every year, but our lovely Pet is nothing but determined and resilient, lol. He'll manage. 💜 #mpreg #mpregbirth

A continuation of the scenario in the images in the previous post. Some time has passed, and the Master's pet is restrained on the floor with his thighs spread again, this time while he labours. He is on the very cusp of giving birth, his newborn's crown just starting to emerge, as he pants and tries to catch his breath between contractions. The Master and his friend's dialogue reads:
Friend: I never get tired of watching him, you know. He's a superb breeder.
Master: I know. [heart emoji]
The artist and skeet author's Pillowfort (pillowfort.social/drtanner) and Bluesky (drtanner.bsky) addresses are also written on the piece.

A continuation of the scene in the previous image. The Master's pet, driven by a strong contraction, is bearing down to push, hard, and his baby is beginning to crown properly. The Master and his friend's dialogue reads:
Master: Here we go, another big push. Is it coming?
Friend: Yep. He'll have the head out in a moment.
The artist and skeet author's Patreon (patreon.com/drtanner) address is also written on the piece.

2/2 Making the baby is easy, but giving birth is hard when you haven't made many babies yet. :') Luckily for Baro, Harron is there to coach and comfort him through the delivery - all while casually delivering his own baby, as effortlessly as you please. He's a pro, lol.
#mpreg #mpregbirth #birthkink

A continuation of the scenario in the images in the previous post. Some time having passed, Baro is now working strenuously to give birth to Harron's baby, sitting on the floor with a mirror to help him see his progress. His baby is only beginning to crown, but his vulva is already stretched tight, and he is panting and sweating, eyes tightly shut and lips pursed, clearly being in some pain. Harron is kneeling behind him, rubbing his back to comfort and support him, and is looking perfectly comfortable and happy. Their dialogue reads:

Harron: That's it, dear. Keep watching your mirror, you're doing it. [heart emoji]
Baro: Ngh, ah...! Wh-what about yours...?
Harron: It's coming. [heart emoji]

The artist and skeet author's Patreon address (patreon.com/drtanner), Bluesky address (drtanner.bsky) and Pillowfort address (pillowfort.social/DrTanner) are all handwritten on the piece.

A continuation of the scene in the previous image. The view has moved behind Harron, and we can see, as he lifts his tail, that he is also actively giving birth, the snout of Baro's baby having fully emerged. Harron is wholly unflustered, not sweating or in any apparent discomfort at all as he looks over his shoulder ("Just focus on yourself for now. [heart emoji]") The artist and skeet author's Patreon address (patreon.com/drtanner), Bluesky address (drtanner.bsky) and Pillowfort address (pillowfort.social/DrTanner) are all handwritten on the piece.

2/2 The Sellswords' travels used to be seasonal once upon a time, but where they go and when is dictated now by their little Cuckoo: when his belly begins to grow round and heavy, they're obliged to return to the woods near the nobles' castle so he can give birth there.
#mpreg #mpregbirth #birthkink

A continuation of the scenario in the images in the previous post in two parts. The Cuckoo Knight is now giving birth, sitting on the ground with his thighs spread, as his three Sellsword attendants hang around and watch. While the first sits in front of the Cuckoo for a good view of the birth, the other two are stood on either side of him, hands on their hips as they look down at him. In the first panel, the Cuckoo is looking up at one of the two standing Sellswords, belly heaving as he pants lightly; his skirt is pushed aside to expose his vulva, which is stretching around the emerging crown of his newborn. In the second panel, the Cuckoo Knight is startled as his baby's head has popped right out much more quickly than expected, with just a single push. The artist and skeet author's Patreon (patreon.com/drtanner), Pillowfort (pillowfort.social/drtanner) and Bluesky (drtanner.bsky) addresses are also written on the piece.
