I'll be the first to admit that the destruction of wildlife habitats is merely one of many symptoms of extractive capitalism, but all the same I believe there's value in attacking the behemoth from every angle to highlight the myriad nature of its evils.

Is the traditional name for Newcastle really Awabakal? I think the ABC has got this wrong and it should be Muloobinba (an Awabakal word), the same way Naarm is a Kulin word and Meanjin a Turrbul and Yuggera word.
