the mc munryeong has an angelic, ethereal appearance that makes you think he's gonna be a xie lian style nice guy but he's delightfully ruthless. he's all smiles and will generally treat fairly with folks but isn't really nice most of the time

time for my paljae reread… i always found it odd that munryeong makes it a point to say that he alone killed his master. it always made me think someone else was there… possibly the person who told him that his teacher had orchestrated his misfortunes?? we never exactly saw how he found out.
