Goodnight everyone!
I just want to say, in light of watching a wonderful/heartbreaking Memorial to a man 6 years younger than me:
I don't have many IRL friends I talk to these days. Y'all are my social connection, and I appreciate you dearly. Thanks for being here.🖤

I knod of wished they did the comic as part of the show and made things more serious or brought out the mutanimals miinus the spin off or have ninjara join the show or they used casey in the comics as a reoccuring character to give april a break also they made rocksteady and beboop gay

I loathe UB, but did enjoy this. I have a high tolerance for doing the same thing every game of a format and loved honing in on UR artifacts. This set was present just long enough not to get stale for me, but I can see how it could get heinously repetitive. And losing the Mutanimals lotto = yuck.

It's the last #TurtleTuesday for NECA's Mighty Mutanimals. This team building started in 2023 and it's now complete with the release of Leatherhead. Fans of the Archie TMNT universe have been waiting a long time for this, did NECA make it worth the wait?
NECA TMNT Adventures Leatherhead
It's time to finish a team. NECA may be done with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at the close of 2026, but the company is at least making an effort to close out a few things on the way out. Tempestra, the last member of the group of villains featured in the episode "Night of the Rogues," will finish off the cartoon collection and should be arriving in stores sometime in October, or shortly thereafter.

The Mighty Mutanimals are now complete in thanks to the addition of Leatherhead. I am sad that he is final figure (for now at least), but there is no denying the incredible work NECA has put in the TMNT. What a ride.

Not sure if anyone's tried this yet but here's a head swap between the two NECA Archie Leatherheads. The new one has a tighter fit, but I was able to get it on the ball without heat. The hat fits just fine on the Wrestling version. New one has different skin colors though.

Yeah, I think you’ll like him fine with it - I guess “Adventures Mutanimals” with the vest and the hat is more accurate than “Archie” ?
He’s just not gonna win any posing contests.

Lots of McFarlane DC in this weeks mail calls. He is ramping up the releases like crazy in this final year, but really enjoying some of these more classic takes. More Motu movie Origins and finally completed the Mighty Mutanimals!

Archie's TMNT still has some of the most shocking and pointless-seeming deaths I've ever read to this day with the Mighty Mutanimals (but I think that might have been the point now).

Rumours that NECA are done with TMNT figures. Bit gutted, their Archie line is the one I've wanted my whole life. But at least we got the OG Mutanimals before the end (if I can ever source the Leatherhead).
Guess I'm destined to never own an official Ninjara.

Like, I'd also love to see what's going on with Old Hob and the Mutanimals, Alopex and the Weasels, and Lita, but each of them at least have a reasonable excuse for not being involved in the current story. Afaik, Jennika's still in NYC and presumably would have been watching the news.

Hey, an excuse to post about a favorite lesser-seen Ninja Turtle Character - PUGGLE THE PLATYPUS! Dude was inspired by a drawing from an old TTRPG Sourcebook, and was a thug for Old Hob's Mutanimals and boyfriend to Bandit the Raccoon!
