It 9:30 and I just got home...

So of course the dog has parked herself at myside and demanding her back pay of attention for the day.

🥴 We all know that 3.30 am party slump. Mik Critchlow caught it perfectly in "The First Footers, Ashington, 1986". Party hats slipping, eyes shutting, and the new year rolling in whether you’re ready or not.

Ich würde sagen, beides ist richtig. Trolle/Desinformations-Accounts blocken.

Raw intelligence does not automatically protect us from this.

PS.

Mr. Pinker, stop! I’m already laughing.

“Though obsessed with implicit racism & sexism, they have been insensitive to the most powerful cognitive distorter of all, the ‘myside bias’ that makes all of us credulous about the cherished beliefs of ourselves or our political or cultural coalitions.” 12/

Izabela Jędrzejczyk captures the Rowing Boat Dance in full swing ("Striking Women, 1984/85). In the 80s it was completely normal to sit on a beer-soaked floor and row in time with everyone around you 🎉
