Finished this a few days ago but had some personal stuff dampen my motivation, but I'm back now!
Pretty proud of how this turned out, aside from some details I'm not happy with, also had to crop it to improve the composition.

Pal Lekaj dhe të tjerët mbrohen në heshtje për rasti i 53-milionëshit
Gjatë seancës në Gjykatën Themelore në Prishtinë, personat e akuzuar Pal Lekaj, Eset Berisha, Nebih Shatri dhe Besim Tahiri kanë deklaruar se mbështesin fjalët e dhëna në fazat e mëparshme të gjykimit të parë, duke u mbrojtur në heshtje ndaj akuzave që lidhen me autostradën “Arbën Xhaferi”.
Trupi gjykues i përbërë nga Violeta Namani-Hajra, Rrahman Beqiri dhe Donikë Shala-Abdyli ka administruar provat materiale në këtë çështje. Gjykata cakton më 15 shtator seancën për 53 të akuzuarit për krime lufte
Gjykata Themelore në Prishtinë ka caktuar më 15 shtator 2026 seancën fillestare ndaj 53 të akuzuarve për krime lufte kundër civile. Seanca do të mbahet në ora 09:00 në Pallatin e Drejtësisë në Hajvali dhe do të kryesohet nga gjyqtarja Violeta Namani-Hajra.
Aktakuza është ngritur nga Prokuroria Speciale më 23 dhjetor 2024 kundër 53 personave, të cilët ngarkohen me veprën penale "Krime lufte kundër civile", sipas Ligjit Penal të Republikës Socialiste Federative të Jugosllavisë dhe Kodit Penal të Kosovës.
Seanca do të mbahet në mungesë të të pandehurve, pasi ata kanë qenë të paarritshëm për organet e ndjekjes deri në ngritjen e aktakuzës. Gjykata u ka bërë thirrje të akuzuarve që të paraqiten dhe të dorëzohen para organeve të drejtësisë në Kosovë, si dhe ka kërkuar nga qytetarët që kanë informacione për vendndodhjen e tyre t'ia përcjellin Policisë së Kosovës ose organeve të tjera kompetente.
Aktakuza dhe ftesat për seancë janë publikuar në ueb-faqen e gjykatës dhe në Gazetën Zyrtare.
