Music: epidemic sound - fall into you

Make ugly art! Why, you ask?
1. Reconnect with the act of mark-making
2. Build confidence in your creative abilities
3. Allow yourself to express emotions freely
4. Develop a more expansive & accepting art practice
5. Give yourself permission to make mistakes & learn from them
