Everyone can make a small contribution to protecting the habitat of these important creatures. Choose native plants. Plant native wildflowers, herbs like lavender and thyme, or shrubs such as cornelian cherry.

Our single local nursery continues to baffle me. Boring plant, horrible invasive plant, plant so invasive that it is probably illegal to sell, OBSURE NATIVE I HAVE NEVER SEEN IN CULTIVATION, boring plant, surprisingly good plant, WTF PLANT, Hatch chiles.

Our Native Plant Project has distributed 25,000 packets of free native plant seeds from 2025-2026.
We're able to do this thanks to 100s of hours of volunteer labor. Over 200 people helped!
Our venue isn't able to donate space this year, so I need to find sponsors!
