@nativeplantproject on IG has done a lot of great work in AL about it, love his videos

Fun, productive and BEAUTIFUL day! 1st haul of compost. Had a great team helping prepare beds for planting. I can’t help but be excited about how things are going to look with the finished product.☀️🤸🏻‍♀️

Muddy mess today, but we accomplished a lot! Removed dead & invasive shrubs. I cannot tell you how satisfying it is to get rid of invasives and make room for future native plants.☀️🤸🏻‍♀️

Making progress on our Monarch Waystation.🙌🏼Removing landscape fabric made from polypropylene/petroleum, that breaks down into microplastics, pollutes soil, leaches chemicals, including BPA.❌ Consider using cardboard instead.💚🌎
