testogel is definitely an option, and depending on whether the issue is doing injections yourself or injections as a whole, my nebido is done once every 3 months by a nurse and I don't even have to see the needle while it happens bc it's in my ass, so that might work for you?

if you’re on nebido and get bloods done: do you have to fast? sometimes I have and sometimes I have not bc I have never been given a clear answer and everything I’ve seen online has said to ask your doctor but she doesn’t know

i was on omnadren 250mg in a 1ml vial every 14 and then every 20 days. and then i was on nebido which is 1000mg in a 4ml vial that i took once every 3 months
