Hiii my name is Neesheta. While I love connecting with all of the elements, I’m bringing the energy of Air to our Elemental Tea Podcast. I’m an Oracle, Movement Witch and Death Doula.

Approach shadow work gently!

I make time to allow myself to process whatever comes up, and knowing that it is okay if it is an ongoing process. I also like to discuss with close loved ones that I am taking the time to do so, that way they are able to hold space for me. -Neesheta

Even something as easy as just noting my deep emotions & thoughts, so that I may be prepared for any worries that may naturally come up for me later. -Neesheta

Day 7: How do you strengthen your intuition in magic?

This may sound silly; the best way I've found to strengthen my intuition is: BELIEVING in MYSELF. It wasn't easy, I want to overthink everything. Once I began to trust myself, it was empowering, & I was accurate. -Neesheta

Day 4: What’s your favorite tarot spread for clarity?

A simple 2 card spread is my favorite. I like to ask my question, and then pull a clarifying second card. Even if at that moment, I'm unsure, it always tends to make sense pretty quickly within the day's reflections. -Neesheta

Hello everyone. 🤗 The last few years, I asked for everyone to comment with a song you’d think I’d like, that I could add to a playlist for my birthday. It’s been really cool and I still listen to the playlists all of the time. 🤗🩵 Thank you. 🥰🥳

You don’t have to cut the world out, but take the time to think about the deep down needs of your self care and allow yourself the moments you need for your spirit to be fed.
