If you tell me a story like "it's the movie that the director of the Iron Giant has wanted to make for 30 years but Disney and Pixar wouldn't let him, but now Netlfix has" I'm going to go see it pretty much no matter what.

next step would be a ban on subscribing to netlfix or having a greggs takeaway coffee... final step, only allowed to spend benefits on ties for job interviews, turnips and gruel.
Yep, let's punch down and make life even more of a drudge for those on the bottom rung of the ladder - that's sure to win a stack of populist votes from those on the second-to-bottom rung 🙁

Tories would prevent long-term jobless spending benefits on alcohol and cigarettes
The proposals would also see benefits cut for people who are able to work but have failed to hold down a job.

They did say they wanted to be the next Netlfix with game pass. So it makes sense they started to cancel everything and fire everyone.

Judd Apatow's 'Norm: The Tale of Norm Macdonald' Biopic Doc Trailer
"Go down a wormhole in this documentary..." Netlfix has revealed the first official trailer for the new biopic documentary titled Norm: The Tale of Norm Macdonald, ready for streaming starting in October this fall. This doc about the life & laughs of the ingenious Canadian comedian Norm Macdonald is directed by acclaimed comedy filmmaker Judd Apatow, who has been on a roll with new docs recently (including Mel Brooks: The 99 Year Old Man! & Maria Bamford doc coming up). The tale of one of comedy's most singular & influential voices. The life and career of the stand-up and SNL legend, from his rise as the deadpan anchor of "Weekend Update" to his enduring legacy as a beloved comedian’s comedian — the very best at absurd, dry, and unexpected humor. Tumble into a wormhole in this doc about the master of deadpan humor Norm Macdonald, whose life was uncompromising yet full of contradictions. Built from archival footage, personal photos, and a few rare home videos contributed by fans and friends. Norm sadly passed away back in 2021 but is remembered and celebrated so fondly in this film by Apatow and all of his comedian friends. Enjoy it. // Continue Reading ›

If anybody wants to judge for yourself watch a documentary of Netlfix called " The AI Doc - How I became an apocaloptimist." Watch that show, compare it what you know and have seen in your life, & determine what feels right and makes sense to you. You have a responsibility to find out for yourself.

If Xbox are going ahead with limiting play hours on Game Pass per month and then charging if you want extra hours, I think that's a signal to buy a new smart TV for my living room so that I no longer use my xbox for Netlfix, NowTV etc. Because I'm going to be putting my boxes into storage and

WWE is mad at Netflix for censoring some blood. Definitely what they need to focus on as the bottom falls out. The possibility of Netlfix hitting the exit at 5 years is about 100%. Dynamite has been easily beating Raw lately too.

Madam on Netlfix doesn't lean into that as hard as it could but the sex worker characters are all very fun and watchable.

Casting Adam Scott, Robert De Niro, Michael Keaton + Michelle Monaghan led me to expect too much of serial killer drama The Whisper Man. James Ashcroft directs a Russo brothers production of Alex North’s book for Netlfix; it's watchable fare but no more. 3 out of 5
