Yes. I mean there was PFI first, then PPP, which was the NewLab equivalent. But I don't think there has been a new policy approach as to the balance of public & private. This is from a 2025 (Starmer govt) paper (assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/6853c6...) and it cd have been written by anyone
