A friend made me buy CarX Street and yeah, this is M I D. Like, utterly sauceless. It rips off every Ghost era NFS and some of The Crew and even a bit of those old Initial D games and yet NONE OF THE SAUCE IS HERE.

Turns out the game was glitched and I was at 100% the whole time, and Prestige Mode doesn't add to completion at all.

Even just doing the first race, there is WAY too much BS in this game. Random traffic cars, random cops and a handling model that is more random than everything will take like 30+hrs and infuriate me.

Oh yeah I know this video! It's super good! I'm such a big fan of NFS2015 myself, I definitely plan on adding these things down the line, so far there's barely the movement done, even the camera is still a mess but yeah, will keep working on this ❤️

CG hardware and research made leaps and bounds in the 2010s, especially with limited console power. Death Stranding and NFS2015 are fantastic examples. But here we are now doing frame-by-frame comparisons of noisy, ghosting, and proprietary upscalers/TAA in search of the "least flawed".
