It's one thing to issue fake invoices. But someone then has to sign off on the goods having been received in order to trigger payment; against a purchase order that also had to be faked... And then no-one questions why an organisation the size of the NGV is buying 4-5,000 phones.

If he is doing things correctly, then how come he is covering up the casualty numbers?
It is not DEI that is the problem,
it is the Bushido tactics of the Japanese in WW 1 & 2, that has been embraced by the US military since the 1960's.
