Trimmed and planted my aponogeton madagascarensis, added a filter. this Nicrew air pump is so quiet! Highly recommended if noise is a concern.

I got one for our elderly red cat who’s lost so much weight and really feels the cold. Nicrew pet heating pad with auto shut off, 70x40cm. Really pleased with it, variable temp, timer or continuous. Red cat loves it.

Yeah a 10 gal is plenty of room for little guys. I think mystery snails make too much waste to have a lot of those. But my roommate managed 2 horned nerites, 1 reg nerite, and lots of bladder snails in a 10 gal just fine.

Usually I would use a Nicrew or similar but for these tanks I wanted to try pre made kits! The smaller two are just some kind of LEDs and the tall one is the default light that comes with the AquaOne Dynamic 58 Aquarium. It looks nice but there’s a ton of light bleed from it

It's been a hot min, but the light has been gotten for the khuli loaches and more plants. Yes, got an rgb light, its from Nicrew I do believe. Also, chonk loach. #fish #aquarium #khuliloach #rgblighttank

I have misophonia (especially triggered by mechanical buzzing), and while I love this hobby it isn’t always friendly towards sound sensitivity. I’ve been spoiled by my aqueon quiet flow filter I have for my 5.5 gal, and even the top fin internal filter that I have in my 10 gal and am not a huge fan of the minimal-but-still-definitely-audible noise it makes is usually tolerable. When I was inquiring about filters that might fit in my 1gal, my lfs recommended I get the nicrew nano silent air pump and atttach a sponge filter to the bottom instead of the air
