The NidoranF moveset looks like a pretty solid kit, unless there's a major bug involving it I can't imagine why it would be banned

Early on in #PTCGP I really wanted a NidoranF for a dark deck so I was pulling mainly Pikachu packs. Lost interest in trying that deck so I shifted to pulling Charizard packs. Now I'm trying to complete the Kanto dex and of course somehow, NidoranF is the last one I need.
