pro: ohhhh fuck good shower. VERY good shower. i almost run out of hot water by the time im done bc it takes that long to wash my hair/rinse it out/then hurry through the rest of my admittedly pretty fucking limited routine but im so clean. and the nizoral felt GREAT. the leave in conditioner -

is it diagnosed eczema? i have like fungal skin stuff that's literally the same thing as dandruff except in areas besides my scalp, and that responds to nizoral (or whatever u guys have over there for fungal dandruff). but idk anything about eczema.

do you have access to nizoral? i've found it's not as smelly after showering with it - and it's available over the counter in canada in the US so yo don't need a prescription. same ingredients as what you have there

I have been using something called Seb on my beard due to flakes. Used nizoral before. This is actually helping and is listed for dermatitis

I get dry itchy skin on my arms/chest and I use serum/oil followed by an Aveeno moisturiser. Seems to be working for now.

The Marine Collagen does a bit on its own. Starting to grow a little new hair.
